Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager/Business Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our dealership's operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the dealership's finance and business office operations.
• Work closely with sales team to facilitate the sale of vehicles through financing options.
• Review and approve customer financing applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with lending guidelines.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Provide guidance and support to sales staff on financing processes.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor dealership's financial performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in automotive financing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive finance or dealership finance management role preferred.
• Strong understanding of financing processes in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
